H. Tina Riccio, V. P. Residential Lending, Reverse Mortgage Specialist, Certified Senior Advisor

Tina Riccio is a mortgage banking professional with over 30 years experience in the financial service industry.  In 1995 Tina was hired by Coastway to develop it’s then newly created Mortgage Department. Under her direction, the department had grown in excess of 20% annually, and was ranked as #2 in Credit Union Mortgage Lenders and #3 in Rhode Island Housing lenders. Since the beginning of her career, she has helped over 2,500 families achieve their goals of home ownership with her motto of “knowledge is power.” Tina still enjoys working with all borrowers; assisting them through the mortgage process helping them achieve their dreams.
In 2007, Tina received national accreditation by the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, and follows that organization’s Code of Professional Responsibility to understand and promote successful aging, health, finance and social involvement for seniors.  She now is Coastway’s Reverse Mortgage Specialist helping Seniors navigate their financial security utilizing the Reverse Mortgage Product.
Tina serves on 2 boards, East Bay Coalition for the homeless and Coastway Cares.  The East Bay Coalition for the Homeless is a housing program that provides apartments for homeless families with children. Coastway Cares is a charitable foundation providing  human involvement and financial contributions to the community or civic organizations.
Tina grew up in Pawtucket, Rhode Island and has resided in Cranston since 1973. She is a graduate of Johnson  & Wales University and a single mother of two successful sons living in California and Texas. She enjoys the company of her friends.  She also enjoys cooking, entertaining, and gardening while spending time at her vacation home on Block Island. In 2011 she was blessed with two granddaughters Ella Grace and Georgia Marie, and is looking forward to the joys of being a grandmother.
